Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your piece.
If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Returned in the original packaging

To start a return, email us at care@hosh-studio.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received something damaged or not what you ordered, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll take care of it.

International orders

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We’re a small studio, producing in limited quantities.
Each piece is made with care, and returns have a real impact — so we kindly ask that orders are made thoughtfully.
